mixed feelings about the stay
dirty room poor breakfast selection
the hotel location was acceptable, it was fairly easy to reach different parts of the city.
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom. the air conditioning unit in the room was also quite noisy. furthermore, the breakfast selection was subpar, lacking variety and freshness. The pastries tasted stale.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommended!
convenient location wide variety friendly staff
The location offers convenient access to many attractions. The breakfast was VERY good with a wide variety of options. I found the staff to be friendly and quite helpful throughout my stay. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience.
The street-facing rooms were somewhat noisy. The noise from the street could be heard quite clearly.

security camera lack of support
My belongings were stolen from my room. Sephora and penti bags worth 27,000 lira were gone and the hotel staff didn't take proper action, refusing to check security cameras seriously.
